Returns & Exchanges Policy

Because Aiana Swim is a small, limited-batch brand, we currently do not offer refunds or returns. All purchases are final. However, we understand that finding the right fit can sometimes be tricky with swimwear, so we are happy to offer size exchanges under the following conditions:

Size Exchanges

Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all hygienic liners and tags still attached.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will ship the new size if it is available.

Because our pieces are produced in limited quantities, we cannot guarantee that all sizes will be available for exchange. If the requested size is sold out, we will issue store credit for the value of the item.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at aaianaswimm@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will make it right.
